Thank you for shopping with Edorah. We take great pride in our handcrafted memorial keepsakes and want you to feel confident and comforted by your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

🌿 Change of Mind

Due to the personalised and intimate nature of our keepsakes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@edorah.com.au. Be sure to include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or refund, including shipping costs for any item deemed faulty or not as described.

📦 Returns Process

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

⏳ Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

📦 Shipping

Processing time is 1-3 business days and standard postage is with Australia post 3-10 days in Australia. You can choose your preferred postage including express postage at checkout. All of our products are posted from our Brisbane warehouse.
